Do you travel to us or do we come to you? We are a
traveling children's entertainment company, our performers travel to the location of your event. We entertain indoors or out, weather and
space permitting. Rates listed are for Western Suffolk County Long Island. All other areas please contact our studio for a quote. In addition, some areas may require a travel charge. Contact our studio for
assistance. |

How do deposits work? To have us hold/book an event a deposit is required. Once booked and deposit received we are holding
performance time, equipment & entertainers for you as requested and therefore are turning away other clients for same. Because of this deposits are
non-refundable. |

What if I need to cancel? Not returning paperwork does not
constitute a cancellation. If you need to cancel for any reason
you must provide a cancellation in writing to be removed from the schedule. Cancellations with less then 5 days notice will be charged full balance
due. E-mail is the recommended form of contact, this will
provide you with a date and time stamp for your records. |

What if I do not know how many kids are coming when I book? When
selecting the best length package for your event we recommend you account for all children invited and not what you think your final count may be. It is always better to have extra then not enough and we can always fill up time if less guests are in attendance. In addition; additional time not reserved in advance may not be available due to other event commitments. Sorry we do not issue credit for missed attendance. |

When do you need my final child/guest count? To ensure the success
of your event all
paperwork and final counts must be received no later
then 5 days prior to your event date.
If your event was booked last minute please fax or e-mail
our studio necessary paperwork upon receipt. |

Balances and customary
eighteen percent gratuity are due at time of performances payable via cash to your performer/s unless otherwise arranged and approved in writing. |

If booking Face Painting, Temporary Tattoos, Glitter Tattoos or Balloon Twisting, technique, artistry and overall designs
will vary from artist to artist and there are many more designs available from that shown. Design variations are based on
current stock, talent and artist specialties . Master Twisting & Special FX Face Painting is considered a speciality and can be booked as a main attraction or you can upgrade at an additional charge to most packages. Contact our studio for assistance. |

Classic, Supreme and VIP packages are based on an
average party of 12-15 children. More children are never
a problem to accommodate, but please keep in mind... The more children to
accommodate the more time you will need to complete
activities. The
number of games and dances performed will vary from party
to party based on the number of participants, ages of children
and ability level. With Classic, Supreme, VIP and Celebration Sensation packages children are given a choice of face painting or a tattoo, both if time allows. |

For
parties expecting more then 15 children some items and
packages may require an additional charge. If you prefer you can customize your package with less selections that may include a higher amount of overall supplies. Our Coordinator is happy to help assist you in determining what will work best for your event. |

As
a courtesy to all our customers we must insist that you
provide adequate parking to your performers with ample space for loading and unloading. This will insure that your performance will start in a
timely fashion. Please
do not allow your guests to block in your performers
vehicles as this will cause a delay to their next event. In most cases your guests will be arriving before your
performers so please remember to reserve a spot for them to avoid delays. |

What Musical Games & Dances do you do? Our Coordinator is happy to help assist you in determining what will work best for your event The
number of games and dances performed will vary from party
to party based on the number of participants, ages of children
and ability level.
Our play lists are constantly updated to keep up with current trends. They include favorites like: Baby Shark, Macarena, Hands Up, YMCA, Electric
Slide, Chicken Dance, The Twist, Cotton Eye Joe, Hokey Pokey,
Shout, Limbo,
Cha Cha Slide and more....

How
large is your Tattoo Selection? We provide a selection of over 50 tattoos for
children and tweens to enjoy. All are FDA approved
and made from non-toxic ingredients.
These are waterproof & will last from 2-7
days. However, they can be immediately removed
with rubbing alcohol or baby oil. |

Our Characters are not the actual characters from TV. Actual performers often vary from those
shown due to scheduling. To insure costume and make-up quality
clowns do not change into mascots unless last show of day, mascots are normally performed by
our Celebration Entertainers who change into your selection for
your Character Cameo finale. Character Cameos average 15-30 minutes. Some characters may require an additional charge due to their size. Optional crowning, keepsake certificates and activity sheets must be ordered at time of booking and noted on contract to be guaranteed. Some photo's shown of characters and equipment are
